Must-Have:
* 3 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Integration projects
* Proven track record in successfully implementing and customizing SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Compensation & Variable Pay, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & - Goals, Succession and Development, People Analytics)
* Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or other iPaaS.
* Knowledge on understanding business requirements and technical components
* Fluent or good knowledge of English
* Good organizational skills, autonomy and proactivity
* Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Would be great if you have:
* Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar
* SAP Certification
* Experience in designing, building, and deploying other SAP-based ERP solutions
