Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Industry Business Unit by recruiting a Mechanical Project Manager for the Coordination division, based at our Alfragide office.With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and manage the various disciplines involved in Industry projectsEfficiently allocate resources by aligning team capabilities with project needsEnsure the technical quality of final project deliverablesMaintain close relationships with clients and their representativesIdentify and support new business development opportunitiesProfile:Pre-Bologna Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical EngineeringAdvanced proficiency in English (mandatory)Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar rolesProven track record in project management, including team leadership, scheduling, and cost controlProficiency in MS Office and MS ProjectStrong problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsWhat we offer:Quadrante, part of the Compass Group, is a global organization focused on delivering economically optimized, sustainable, and technically robust solutions.
