Job Description
You'll develop and execute multimedia projects, with a strong focus on video post-production and brand-aligned graphic design that will elevate Infineon's communication efforts globally.
In your new role you will:
* Develop multimedia projects with special focus on video post-production, using state-of-the-art video editing software, enhancing the video with animations, sound clips, pre-selected music, 3D elements, and others
* Support graphics and illustration creation according to Infineon brand rules, e.g., banners for the website, comms materials for external media, and infographics
* Support colleagues with brand-related topics, e.g., ensuring visual and text compliance
Your Profile
You are a creative and detail-oriented professional with experience in video post-production, visual design, and corporate communications. Organized and self-motivated, you're a team player who thrives in a collaborative setting, with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work with diverse stakeholders. You approach tasks with independence, reliability, and a customer-focused mindset, while using creativity to deliver high-quality results and overcome challenges.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
* A degree in Video, Graphic design, Content Production, Communication Sciences, or a similar field of study
* At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in communication, with a focus on video post-production and graphic design
* Proven expertise in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
* Experience in creating and maintaining documentation
* A strong attention to detail and process-driven approach to work
* A pragmatic, collaborative, and inspirational working style, with experience working in international and multicultural teams
* Fluency in English, German is a plus
