We seek a Desenvolvedor ETL willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team in a hybrid model.
Are you the one?
* Work closely with Product Teams and other development teams as needed.
* Experience in SQL to extract data from different types of databases, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle.
* Experience in NoSQL to extract data.
* Proficiency in popular ETL tools, such as Pentaho Data Integration, Apache Hop,
* or others.
* Mastery of at least one of the following programming languages: C#, Java or
* Python.
* Solid understanding of data modelling and schemas (e.g. dimensional modelling,
* star schema and fact schema).
* Ability to perform complex data transformations to meet business requirements.
* Ability to interact and extract data from APIs (Application Programming Interfaces).
* Ideally, the person should be familiar with the logistics and/or maritime-port domains.
* Higher education, namely in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar roles, including:
* Software development using languages such as Java, C# or Python for ETL process implementation;
* Development of scripts for data manipulation and transformation in relational and non-relational databases;
* Implementation of ETL processes using popular tools, such as Pentaho Data Integration, Apache HOP, or others;
* Proven experience in participating in system/software development projects, system/software in an Agile environment.
* Fluency in spoken and written English.
* Organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and perform tasks simultaneously.
