About Cannavigia
Cannavigia is Europe’s leading compliance and traceability platform for the legal cannabis industry. We help operators, manufacturers, and regulators navigate complexity with software, data, and consulting solutions — enabling compliant workflows, inspection readiness, and scalable operations aligned with GxP standards.
About the Role
As a Cannabis Compliance Consultant, you support cannabis operators across cultivation and/or manufacturing in building compliant, audit-ready operations. You’ll lead and deliver projects around GACP/GMP/GDP, documentation, SOPs, audits, and inspection preparation — and translate regulatory requirements into practical workflows (often digitized inside Cannavigia).
This role sits at the intersection of regulated operations + consulting delivery + workflow design. You’ll work directly with clients, internal Product/Tech, and Customer Success to ensure compliance outcomes are real, usable, and scalable.
Tasks
What You’ll Do
1) Compliance Consulting & Delivery
* Lead and deliver client projects implementing GACP, GMP, GDP and broader GxP/QMS requirements.
* Develop, adapt, and improve SOPs, QMS documentation, audit packs, and inspection-readiness materials for clients and authorities.
* Conduct compliance assessments, facility walk-throughs, gap analyses, and remediation roadmaps.
* Prepare and support clients through audits/inspections (planning, evidence, training, mock audits).
2) Client Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Act as a trusted advisor and primary delivery contact for consulting engagements; drive professional communication, structure, and reporting.
* Work closely with Customer Support & Success on onboarding, adoption, and ongoing operational excellence for regulated clients.
* Use collaboration tools and structured documentation practices (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Hubspot, CRM/ticketing, project notes, deliverable tracking).
3) Contribute to Commercial Success (Consulting Growth)
* Support scoping, proposal building, and delivery quality to grow repeatable consulting packages (audits, SOP kits, readiness programs, training).
* Identify follow-on opportunities based on client maturity (additional modules, training, validation support, new sites).

* 2–4+ years experience in quality/compliance, regulated consulting, QA, and/or Medical Cannabis Industry
* Strong practical understanding of GACP, GMP, GDP, GxP, QMS, SOP development, audits, and inspection preparation.
