Your mission:
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Trade Marketing team by contributing to the planning, execution, and analysis of in-store and digital brand activations. Your efforts will help ensure our presence in key retail channels is impactful, consistent, and aligned with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
Your day to day with us:
* Design and execute tailor-made trade marketing initiatives for key retail partners, enhancing brand visibility and consumer engagement.
* Manage the development, production, and distribution of point-of-sale (POS) materials to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
* Coordinate with logistics and commercial teams to ensure delivery standards and timings.
* Provide logistical support for all trade marketing activities, from campaign setup to in-store implementation.
* Collaborate on digital and in-store activations, ensuring consistency across physical and online touchpoints.
* Conduct post-activation analysis to assess campaign effectiveness and generate actionable insights for future improvements.
Qualifications
What will you need to succeed?
* Up to 1 year of experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, Category Management, Sales, or related areas.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented mindset.
* Strong analytical capabilities and confident presentation skills, including slide creation and storytelling.
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Photoshop is a plus.
* Fluency in Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus.
