Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Professional Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will provide executive support and coordination services to our leadership team.
Your primary responsibility will be to prepare high-impact PowerPoint presentations for strategic meetings and competence centers. You will also organize, structure, and summarize information from different areas of the company, managing and monitoring workflows, mapping processes, preparing support documentation, and following up on decisions taken.
In addition, you will act as a facilitator of communication between different departments, proposing improvements to processes and reporting.
* Fluency in English is mandatory
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Advanced command of PowerPoint (mandatory)
* Proactive, autonomous attitude, with strong organizational skills, management of priorities, and attention to detail
* Ease of interpersonal relationships and teamwork
* Previous experience in executive support or PMO roles
* Critical thinking, curiosity, and willingness to learn
