Business Analyst for Credit Risk Stress Testing

In Portugal, we have around 120 clients and a team of over 400 people, working on projects in sectors such as Banking, Insurance, Transport, Aviation, and Energy.
Job Description
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Understand and analyze the needs expressed by the business teams, specify and test them to enable solution deployment while respecting budget, regulatory, and deadline constraints in an Agile environment.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business contacts and developers.
- Participate in producing official stress test results and provide functional support.
- Propose improvements to ensure the operation, maintainability, and scalability of the engines.
- Gain a transversal view of products and processes within your responsibility.
Qualifications
Technical skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
- 3-4 years of professional experience as a business analyst or functional expert in Credit Risk, IFRS9, Basel regulations, or Stress Tests (mandatory).
- Previous banking experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL and Python is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Dataiku and Agile methodology is a plus.
