What do you need to become a SMART Senior Project/Program Manager?
- 12+ years of experience in IT Project or Program Management, leading complex enterprise initiatives;
- Proven track record managing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) upgrades, ideally version 12.2;
- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, upgrade methodologies, and integrations;
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (technical, functional, and infrastructure);
- Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills in Portuguese and English;
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities;
- Familiarity with project governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks;
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Oracle-related credentials are a plus.
What will you do as a SMART Senior Project/Program Manager?
- Lead the end Oracle EBS 12.2 upgrade program — from planning through live support;
- Engage with client and vendor stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables;
- Develop and maintain project plans, governance frameworks, and risk registers;
- Communicate progress clearly through regular status meetings and reports to senior leadership;
- Coordinate resources and dependencies across multiple workstreams;
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, Oracle best practices, and regulatory standards;
- Drive success by fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
