Junior Oracle DBA – Hybrid
Key Responsibilities & Skills
* Around 3 years of experience working as an Oracle Database Administrator.
* Strong knowledge of Oracle Database architecture and administration.
* Experience with SQL for performance tuning, troubleshooting and optimization.
* Support the configuration, maintenance and monitoring of Oracle environments.
* Execute backups, recovery and disaster‐recovery tasks (e.G., RMAN).
* Assist with patching, updates and environment refresh activities.
* Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to optimize data access and performance.
* Ensure proper security controls, user management and access provisioning.
* Document operational procedures and contribute to process improvements.
* Strong analytical skills, communication ability, autonomy and a collaborative mindset.
