Job Title: Digital Transformation Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Agile Functional Analyst to lead internal training initiatives and events that drive growth and capability-building across the product and engineering organization.
* The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and facilitate internal training programs and learning experiences that support the development of cross-functional teams.
* This role requires organizing and managing end-to-end event logistics for large-scale audiences, ensuring seamless delivery, high engagement, and measurable impact.
* The successful candidate will co-create engaging training content with subject-matter experts (product managers, engineers, designers) to shape agendas, learning objectives, materials, and formats.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential for working with external vendors and platforms to deliver training, manage event logistics, and create immersive learning experiences.
* In addition to leading internal training initiatives, this role will also involve planning and facilitating other internal programs such as hackathons, innovation days, technical workshops, and community-building events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Program Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive plans for internal training initiatives and events.
* Content Creation: Collaborate with subject-matter experts to design and deliver engaging training content that meets the needs of cross-functional teams.
* Event Management: Organize and manage end-to-end event logistics for large-scale audiences, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and technical support.
* Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with external vendors and platforms to deliver training, manage event logistics, and ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in training program management, event planning, or related field.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with adult learning principles and training methodologies.
* Experience working with external vendors and platforms to deliver training and manage event logistics.
