About the Role:
* We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through established partner networks and other channels.
* As a key member of our team, you will develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
* You will consistently achieve or surpass sales goals while delivering exceptional service that promotes client retention and referrals.
* Staying informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity is essential to support strategic planning and identify areas for growth.
* Deliver clear and persuasive presentations, negotiate effectively, and maintain accurate records of all business development activities. Provide regular updates and performance reports to management.
Requirements:
* Fluent/ native in English (C1), with good proficiency in both writing and communication.
* Demonstrated success in sales within a financial or related services environment in German markets.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* Proven experience in Forex field including evidence of having an active portfolio worth at least 100-150K per month Net Deposit.
* Solid understanding of industry-specific products and services enabling meaningful client engagement and solution delivery.
* Strong communication and negotiation abilities with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
