Be the plant copilot and integral part of the management team. Be a challenger in the decision-making process and provide transparency and possible solutions. Drive business performance by actively proposing, supporting and leading projects.
Description
Understand volume & revenue performance to ensure quick and efficient response to market trends;
Understand and manage pricing through different paper cycles;
Assess capex investments and control process to maximize investment benefits. Perform post implementation review of major projects;
Implement and enforce a robust Governance environment;
Business analyst conducting continuous analysis, steering and monitoring of the business performance. Develop a high standard of disciplined financial and operational reporting in terms of uniformity, integrity, speed, timeliness and quality, focused on performance management (KPIs);
Lead the budgeting, forecasting and planning processes ensuring tight financial control is maintained over the business in relation to key financial ratios and performance indicators;
Optimize trade working capital linked to commercial and manufacturing processes, ensuring the achievement of targets;
Implement and maintain plant costing system, ensuring data integrity. Analyse cost performance, propose and lead action plans to correct deviations;
Responsible for inventory valuation;
Analyze customer profitability and propose corrective measures;
Identify opportunities and promote the implementation of actions to ensure its materialization;
Prepare required information for Plant management.
Profile
University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting
Minimum 3 year experience on similar functions in Industrial Groups, including budgeting, planning, closing, reporting;
Advanced Microsoft office platforms;
SAP knowledge is a plus;
Analytical thinking;
Accounting knowledge;
Good English level;
Very good interpersonal skills;
Autonomos work capabilities.
