About the Job
As an IT Support specialist, you'll be involved in the full project lifecycle—from requirements gathering to system integration, deployment, support, and documentation.
* Support Vidinet MAM projects (on-prem and cloud).
* Assist clients during requirements gathering and system specification.
* Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, including issue analysis, updates, and troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
