About the Position – Junior Business Developer (Remote, China)
We are looking for a Junior Business Development based in China, preferably in Hebei or Shandong, to join our international team remotely.
You will play a key role in expanding ChemiTek presence in China by identifying and developing new business opportunities, especially within the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) segment – with a focus on rooftop solar installations located in industrial areas such as cement plants, metallurgical facilities, and other zones with heavy soiling challenges.
You will receive full online training, continuous mentoring, and report directly to ChemiTek international team. A visit to our headquarters in Portugal may be possible at a later stage.
Key Responsibilities
• Research and identify potential clients and business partners within the solar industry (C&I segment)
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities
• Monitor the market and competitors to identify trends and opportunities
• Support clients and distributors with product training and technical information
• Ensure efficient communication between local customers and ChemiTek internal teams
• Occasional travel within China for customer visits and solar industry events
Ideal Profile
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
• Fluency in Chinese and English (spoken and written)
• Sales mindset, proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented
• 1–2 years of experience in business development or sales (junior level)
• Familiarity with the solar industry or industrial sectors is a strong plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good computer literacy (MS Office, CRM, etc.)
