Our client is a leading organisation in the real estate sector, seeking a Project Manager for a flagship project in the Lisbon area.
Descrição
- Daily development of Real Estate Project Management activities, including cost, quality and deadline control;
- Monitor licensing processes, interacting with the teams of the involved entities;
- Monitor the development of Architecture and Specialty projects, ensuring the standards defined by the company;
- Perform critical analysis of projects and promote alternative solutions that optimize designers' suggestions (Architecture and Engineering);
- Monitor and coordinate contracts and respective inspection teams;
- Launching contract tenders and analyzing the selection of contractors;
- Control costs and budgets for awarding suppliers, ensuring compliance with established objectives through simplified financial analysis;
Perfil ideal
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering or other (project management training is preferred);
- Minimum professional experience of 5 to 8 years in the development of real estate projects;
- Experience in the construction of buildings or hotels;
- Good verbal and written communication;
- Analytical skills;
- Fluency in English and French is a plus.
