We are looking for a Program Manager for a project based in Lisbon.
Responsibilities:
* Plan, lead, and execute internal training programs and learning events that support growth and capability-building across the product and engineering organization.
* Organize and manage end-to-end event logistics for audiences of hundreds - ensuring smooth delivery, strong engagement, and measurable impact.
* Co-create training content with subject-matter experts (product managers, engineers, designers), helping to shape agendas, learning objectives, materials, and formats.
* Collaborate with external vendors and platforms for training delivery, event logistics, and learning experiences.
* Plan and facilitate additional internal initiatives such as hackathons, innovation days, technical workshops, and other community-building events.
* Build collaborative, trusting partnerships with cross-functional teams to ensure program success, ensuring consistency and shared learnings.
* Monitor and communicate progress, metrics, and outcomes of training programs - ensuring visibility and alignment with Product leaders and the Product Operations VP/Manager.
* Be recognized for your organizational excellence, reliability, creativity, and ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in program management, event management, L&D coordination, or similar roles involving large-scale internal initiatives.
* Proven track record organizing internal events or trainings for technical audiences, ideally at scale.
* Experience working with external vendors, training providers, and event platforms.
* Exceptional organizational skills; strong written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to coordinate effectively across functions and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* High energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for learning, community-building, and creativity.
* Ability to analyze feedback and engagement data to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
* Experience with tools like Confluence and learning tools such as Articulate (preferred but not mandatory).
* Fluency in Portuguese language.
