Main Tasks/Responsibilities
Technical and commercial support;
Customer follow-up on matters related to equipment repair and spare parts sales;
Preparation of spare parts and service proposals;
Strengtheningpost-sales and commercial relationships;
Updating customer equipment fleets;
Entering customer and proposal data into the CRM system;
Preparing proposals in line with ongoing campaigns;
Identifying and requesting all materials required for the project/work.
Requirements
Commercial mindset;
Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems;
Relevant experience in a similar role;
Proficient inEnglish (spoken and written);
Knowledge of SAP (preferred);
Availability to travel;
Valid driver's license.
