About this role
As a senior IT operations manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT services to our clients. This includes managing multiple teams, coordinating operational activities, and ensuring service continuity.
* You will act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for cluster managers, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operation.
* Your responsibilities will include capacity management, activity planning, quality assurance, activity reporting, business development, IT operations management,
* Sourcing management: handling client requests, recruitment of resources in relation with clients, onboarding of resources, and making sure they have required equipment team care skill matrix management,
About You:
A successful candidate should hold a degree in Computer Engineering or related field with 5+ years experience in managing multiple teams.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills strong leadership skills knowledge of project management tools such as Jira Agile or Asana A background working on bank or insurance projects is considered an asset. Fluent English French proficiency level C1 2 3 preferred although other languages are welcome ,
