Nortempo Porto is currently looking for a HR Administration Officer (m/f) for a client in the area of Porto.RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN TASKSFor this role, we expect:Manage Contingent Worker administration.Responsible for drafting contingent workforce contracts/documentation according to the frame agreements defined with the vendor/location.Set up data correctly in our HR system (SAP SuccessFactors).Storage of all required documentation in contractor’s file and SAP.Support our contingent workforce officers.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contingent workforce documentation, including contracts and compliance forms.JOB REQUIREMENTSSpecific skills / expertise / product: Experience in Human Resources (administrative)Experience in vendor management will be a plus (not mandatory)Good verbal and written communication skillsExperience with SuccessFactors will be a plus (not mandatory)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, forms)Good English levelBehaviours & inter-personal skills – Key pointsGood organizational skills; able to manage prioritiesAbility to adapt to changing work environments and work prioritiesPro-active and on top of things will be a plusAbility to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality performance and positive attitudeCapacity to share complete and accurate informationHigh-level confidentialityOFFER• Contract: 1 year• Attractive salary• Flexible schedule• Hybrid regime (2 day at home per week)• International and friendly working environmentGESERFOR GESTÃO DE RH E EMPRESA DE TRABALHO TEMPORÁRIO, S.A.
