Role Overview:
As a Content Moderator, you'll evaluate user-generated content — including text, images, and videos — to ensure it aligns with company policies, community standards, and legal requirements. Your strong attention to detail, balanced judgment, and cultural awareness will play a key role in maintaining platform integrity and user safety.
Key Responsibilities:
* Content Review: Assess user submissions to ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
* Decision Accuracy: Make objective, consistent, and culturally aware moderation decisions.
* Community Protection: Support a safe, inclusive, and respectful digital environment.
* Process Adherence: Follow established procedures while adapting to updates in guidelines and priorities.

Requirements:
* Language Skills: Proficiency in Romanian (C1/C2) and English (B2).
* Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in content moderation or a related analytical role.
* Skills: Strong critical thinking, communication, and decision-making abilities.
