Job Description
In this role, your missions will include:
1. Drive EAMEI Regional Strategy: Take an active part in the implementation and development of the Local HR GBS Operations service delivery model within the local context.
2. Manage day-to-day HR GBS Operations: ensuring legal compliance, addressing complaints and inefficiencies in HR processes, following the escalation matrix, and proactively seeking continuous improvement.
3. Champion Process Excellence: Identify, monitor, and implement process improvements, leveraging technology and automation to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
4. Empower a High-Performing Team: Spearhead the development and management of a diverse team of HR professionals, by driving a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, while also overseeing resource allocation and workload balancing.
5. Cost Management: Setting and managing the HR BSC Operations annual budget and financial planning process, identifying cost efficiency opportunities.
6. Ensure Compliance & Governance: Maintain strict adherence to local labor laws, regulations, company policies across all regions, and to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
7. Elevate Employee Experience: Partner with stakeholders to deliver exceptional HR services that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
8. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize HR analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize HR Operations. Producing accurate and timely HR reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
The Successful Applicant
This position requires operational excellence, delivers outstanding employee support, and drives strategic HR initiatives aligned with the organization's goals. To thrive in this role, you should possess:
1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience: Extensive and proven experience leading HR Operations in a large, multinational organization, ideally within a Shared Service environment.
3. Expertise in HR technology and automation: HR systems and data analytics tools.
4. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage various HR functions within a shared services or center of excellence environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
5. Communication & Influence: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels.
6. Analytical Skills: Deep understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices across EAMEI. Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive informed decision-making.
7. Project Management: Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage complex projects with multiple key stakeholders and solve problems effectively.
8. Language & Culture: Fluency in English and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
