What You'll DoIn this role, you will lead the global delivery and evolution of compensation programs for BCG's 2,000+ Managing Directors & Partners (MDPs) across more than 50 countries.
This is a highly visible leadership role at the center of BCG's global partnership model.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across People, Finance (Tax, Treasury, Global Accounting), and regional leadership to ensure executive compensation programs are strategically aligned, operationally rigorous, compliant, and scalable in a complex, multi-jurisdictional environment.
Beyond overseeing critical annual compensation cycles and complex lifecycle events, you will drive modernization — strengthening governance, enhancing digital enablement, and continuously improving global reward processes that directly impact the firm's most senior leaders.
Key Activities And Responsibilities
Leading global delivery of executive compensation programs, including salary, bonus, deferred compensation and retirement-related components.
Providing strategic oversight of annual and off-cycle executive compensation processes, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to firm policies.
Reviewing and approving monthly, quarterly, and annual MDP compensation payments, with accountability for accuracy and completeness.
Overseeing production of annual MDP statements and communications, ensuring clarity regarding awards and payment schedules.
Setting and managing the PSG Compensation team calendar, milestones, and risk mitigation plans across global stakeholders.
Acting as the primary escalation point for complex compensation exceptions, applying judgement based on BCG's compensation framework.
Partnering with local finance teams globally to review Profit-Sharing Retirement Fund (PSRF) calculations and ensuring alignment based on global eligibility rules and knowledge of local programs.
Engaging with the PSG Product Portfolio team to continuously support and evolve our systems based on changes in the business - contributing to requirements, system testing (UAT), and enhancements.
Leading cross-functional initiatives to document and streamline processes, strengthen controls, and enhance digital and reporting capabilities.
Managing, coaching, and developing a team of Compensation Managers and Analysts;
intentionally building and scaling the team over time, establishing succession plans and strengthening leadership capability to support current and future business needs.

What You'll Bring
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (advanced degree or certification a plus)
12+ years of experience in compensation, accounting, audit, or financial operations, including significant exposure to complex global programs
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights for senior leadership
Exceptional communication skills;
comfortable engaging with senior executives and MDPs on sensitive topics
Proactive, strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset
Experience driving improvements through digital transformations or operational changes, leveraging digital and analytical tools (e.G, Power BI, Power Automate) to enhance reporting and decision-making.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrated experience leading managers and developing high-performing teams
Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity
Highly organized, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Experience working with geographically distributed teams
Who You'll Work WithPSG (Partner Services Group) is the function responsible for the leadership and operation of all aspects of evaluation, compensation, equity and HR for our MDP cohort.
The PSG team is within the Global Services function.
Global Services (GS) consists of a varied range of functions providing corporate support for BCG's business and strategic priorities, for example, Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing, IT, Risk, PSG and more.
This diverse team of experts, operators and specialists represent all levels from MDP to entry level staff, operating across the globe in multiple countries.
The role will be part of the PSG Compensation Operations team and will work closely with the PSG Equity Operations team and other sub-functions within PSG.
