Location Oeiras (Hybrid Model) About the Role We are looking for a Customer Success Manager / Project Manager responsible for managing IT service contracts and infrastructure implementation projects. This role ensures service quality, customer satisfaction, and efficient project delivery. This is a non-technical execution role requiring a strong understanding of IT environments.
