We are looking for an SAP Business Analyst | Logistics
Responsibilities:
* Analyzing and assessing IT needs and aligning technological solutions with business objectives.
* Manage support requests, ensuring that all problems are documented, prioritized and resolved efficiently and effectively.
* Providing technical support and guidance to end users, helping to resolve problems.
* Performing the necessary parameterizations for the correct operation of the various information systems.
* Drawing up functional and technical specifications for information systems, including process diagrams and use cases.
* Facilitating communication between teams.
* Monitoring the development of solutions to ensure that requirements are implemented and deadlines met.
* Carrying out acceptance tests (UAT) and helping to resolve post-implementation problems.
* Preparing technical documentation and user support manuals.
* Train employees on the system's functionalities.
* Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics of implemented systems to ensure that solutions meet business expectations
Requirements:
* Higher education in Engineering, Economics, Management and Computer Science;
* Professional experience in SAP modules MM, PP, WM;
* We value previous experience in supporting industrial activity;
* Experience in managing support orders;
* Ability to translate business requirements into clear and detailed technical specifications;
* Excellentorganizational, communication and interpersonal skills;
* Analytical thinking and complex problem-solving skills;
* Ability to workin a dynamic environment and manage priorities;
* Fluency in English .
