As the key finance leader, oversee financial operations across multiple properties in Europe.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop strategic plans to drive regional business growth and profitability.
* Advise senior leadership on regional financial performance, market risks, and investment opportunities.
* Lead the culture of excellence and accountability within all finance functions.
* Oversee annual budgeting processes for all properties in the region.
* Conduct monthly and quarterly financial reviews, providing actionable recommendations.
* Analyze capital investment proposals and support ROI evaluations.
* Ensure timely preparation of consolidated financial statements, complying with internal policies and local statutory requirements.
* Supervise regional consolidation processes and review financial reports.
* Drive continuous improvements in reporting quality, leveraging technology and streamlined processes.
Operational Finance Oversight
* Provide guidance and oversight to Regional Finance Managers and property-level finance teams.
* Standardize accounting processes, chart of accounts, and finance policies across properties.
* Identify opportunities for operational cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
Systems & Process Optimization
* Implement and continuously improve financial systems and reporting tools.
* Promote digital solutions and automation to enhance accuracy and reduce workload.
Requirements
* Masters degree in a relevant field.
* Minimum 10 years experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
* Strong background in hospitality.
* Expert knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory compliance.
* Proven track record in managing statutory compliance and cross-border financial reporting.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and enterprise-level ERP systems.
