MISSION:
To assist in providing a competent, effective and timely payroll and analytics function in our company.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Processes companies' payroll monthly.
- Maintains payroll processing system and record by gathering, calculating and inputting data;
- Maintains administrative processes of admissions and dismissals in entities such as Social Security, Compensation Funds and ACT;
- Computes employee pay based on time records, benefits and taxes;
- Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance and time records;
- Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law;
- Honors confidentiality of employees' records;
- Completes payroll reports for internal record and managerial review regarding payroll, vacations, overtime and outsourcing/buy-out;
- Completes other legal reports such as "Relatório Único" and "Folha de Férias";
- Completes with legal reports to AT, Social Security and others;
Specific qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor degree in HR, Administration or any related fields;
- 1-3 year previous experience in the function;
- Initiative and team spirit;
- Attention to detail and high organizational capacity, sense of responsibility and rigor;
- Ability to handle confidential information;
- Analytical capacity skills;
- Knowledge of Portuguese Labour Law;
- High skilled user with spreadsheets (excel);
- Knowledge of SAP Payroll system (preferable);
- Knowledge of Netcaos' software Tempo Real/Infonet (preferable);
- Ability to manage work programs and meet deadlines
- Portuguese & English fluent (preferable).
