Job Title
Key responsibilities of the role include identifying and recruiting potential candidates, administering tests, conducting interviews, and selecting qualified candidates. Post and manage meaningful job advertisements independently. Manage the full recruitment process ensuring a smooth and positive experience for the candidate.
The successful candidate will perform administrative duties including resume formatting for client presentation, scheduling of interviews, closing of candidates and job offer negotiations including terms of employment.
Additionally, they will maintain and update social media channels and local market presence. Plan and execute recruitment events such as job fairs and walk-ins.
They must also coordinate and communicate with stakeholders and external partners. Maintain reporting and tracking systems.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the local market or BPO/agency companies
* Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative ideas to inspire new employees
* Ability to overcome objections and be persistent
* Ability to handle conflicting deadlines with a sense of urgency
* Enjoy working in a multicultural environment
* Good knowledge of English (at least B2)
