Job Description
We are currently hiring for a multinational company that specializes in biotechnology applied to the pharmaceutical area. Following its consolidation and growth, our Client is searching for a Business Enablement Trainee, who will work in the German Market, for the Biofarmaceutical Industry.
Responsibilities
* Learns about all terminology related to our Client's Healthcare Professionals and Organizations (HCP/HCO) activities.
* Collaborates on activities of contracting HCP/HCO.
* Follows up on the invoicing process in SAP.
* Analyzes potential problems or risks in our Client's business operations.
* SUPPORTS management of contract templates, Transparency process review within our Client's Transparency tool.
* Adapts, supports, and contributes to the growth and continuous improvement of the Department.
Qualifications
* University Degree in Health Management, Public Administration, Management, or related majors.
* Fluency in English, oral and written (mandatory).
* Fluency in German, oral and written (mandatory).
* Good computer skills from a user's perspective (Windows/Office).
* Attention to detail, ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights.
* Strength in organization and coordinating with others.
* Excellent oral/written communication skills, dynamism, flexibility, and responsibility.
* Self-motivated, able to work independently, curious, and willing to learn.
* Strong skills in terms of analysis, problem-solving, and interpersonal relationships.
