Job Title: Financial Controller for Private Credit Funds
The Fund Financial Controller plays a vital role in supporting the financial control of funds, monitoring their performance, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Attend workshops on new client onboarding and contribute to establishing operational processes that ensure seamless integration.
* Support the financial control of funds by managing investor documents, producing capital call and distributions notices, and maintaining accurate records.
* Monitor financial conditions related to deals, calculate collateral, and record securities and cash movements accurately.
* Calculate management fees, regulatory, statutory, and tax ratios, as well as portfolio returns and forecasts, to provide valuable insights.
* Justify prices used to value unlisted financial instruments and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication.
* Coordinate training for newcomers, perform risk-sensitive operations controls, and contribute to improving the risk mitigation framework.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
* Up to 2 years of experience in banking and financial operations, accounting, or finance.
* Fluency in English and knowledge of transversal financial markets and products law.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, particularly Excel.
* Proactivity, attention to detail, and analytical ability are essential for this role.
