Your Responsibilities
1. Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
2. Oversee the daily operations of the IT systems department, ensuring the stability and efficiency of the company's systems.
3. Develop and implement strategies for system troubleshooting.
4. Create and execute plans for upgrading system software.
5. Collaborate with other department managers to assess and address the company's growth and maintenance needs.
6. Stay updated with the latest system technologies and report findings to leadership.
7. Manage the IT systems department budget, ensuring effective solutions.
8. Manage relationships with external partners and vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to meet business objectives.
9. Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures, and maintain data security standards.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of systems management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop effective troubleshooting strategies.
- Experience with budget management and cost control.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Knowledge of database management and optimization.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Proficiency in system integration and data migration.
- Understanding of business process modeling and improvement.
- Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
