Our success is built on the talent, collaboration, and commitment of our people and we're now looking for a Databricks Engineer.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES•Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines using Databricks and Apache Spark •Build and manage ETL/ELT workflows for large-scale structured and unstructured datasets •Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements •Optimize data processing jobs for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency •Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and error-handling processes Integrate data from multiple sources such as databases, APIs, cloud storage, and enterprise applications •Support the development of data lakes, and cloud-native data platforms •Ensure security, governance, and compliance standards are respected across data solutions •Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipelines and platform performance •Contribute to best practices in coding, version control, documentation, and CI/CD processesHow do we imagine our future Databricks Engineer?•Strong hands-on expertise with Databricks and Apache Spark •Proficiency in Python, SQL, and/or Scala •Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud •Good understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, and ETL/ELT concepts •Experience working with large-scale distributed data processing •Familiarity with orchestration and workflow tools •Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques in Spark/Databricks •Understanding of data security, governance, and access management principles •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsWhy should you join us?By joining Taleo, you'll become part of a talented, international, and dynamic team.
