We build it.We believe that innovation comes through knowledge and that every project is an opportunity to push boundaries.We also believe that the next step is yours.Be our NEXT Business Analyst!- +3 years of experience with business process mapping, testing, and reporting; - Strong knowledge of Front Office / Middle Office workflows (P&L, OTC products, IR derivatives, FX, etc.); - Solid understanding of financial products (credit derivatives, rates, bonds, FX, options); - Proficiency in SQL (mandatory); - Familiarity with Summit Software (nice to have); - Fluent in English and French (C1); Portuguese is a plus; - Gather and translate business needs into functional specifications; - Collaborate with development teams to define technical requirements; - Design and execute functional, integration, and regression tests (including P&L and Risk impacts); - Support and implement automated non-regression testing; - Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) with business stakeholders; - Contribute to workload estimation for development and testing activities; - Coordinate production releases and deployment activities; - Provide 3rd level support: incident analysis, troubleshooting, and system monitoring; - Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation (e.g., JIRA, Confluence); - Work closely with international teams and stakeholders.Want to work hybrid in Lisbon?Do you over 3 years of experience?Then this is what we have for you:- MID: 1100€–1400€ (base salary) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits + other current benefits - SENIOR: 1400€–2000€ (base salary) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits + other current benefitsDon't wait either.
