As a key member of our RD team, you will be responsible for developing world-class products from concept to industrialization.
/ppbr/ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pp· bInnovative Formulation Development: /b Design and develop new formulations, with a deep understanding of raw materials, formulation development, while ensuring that the products are align with customer needs and market trends.
/pp· bSupplier Trend Expertise: /b Cultivate and maintain a robust network of suppliers, while staying ahead of emerging trends in ingredients, packaging, and product concepts.
/pp· bProject Management: /b Manage own product development projects using best practice in project management and communication tools, ensuring smooth transitions from lab to large-scale production.
/pp· bCollaborative Product Handover: /b Create and implement industrial trial protocols, facilitating the seamless handover of successful products to production.
/pp· bCustomer, Marketing Technical Support: /b Provide expert technical support to both internal teams, marketing and external clients, including product information, samples, and customer visits.
/pp· bSafety Compliance: /b Ensure compliance with bGLP /b standards, applicable regulations, and environmental requirements at all stages of development /ppbr/ppbr/ppbWhat We're Looking For: /b /pp· bExperience: /b At least 2 years of hands-on experience formulating personal care products.
Experience in suncare and skincare will be highly valued.
/pp· bEducation: /b A university degree in a relevant science field (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Cosmetic Science, etc.).
/pp· bInnovation: /b A proactive mindset and a passion for driving the next generation of products, with a keen eye for emerging trends.
/pp· bSkills: /b Proficiency in English and advanced knowledge of bMS Office /b tools; strong communication skills for collaboration with both internal teams and external partners.
/pp· bTechnical Expertise: /b Knowledge of the full product development process, from concept to launch, with a preference in suncare and skincare formulations.
/pp· bTeam Player: /b Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and collaborative team environment across multiple geographies.
