Hiring: Construction Site Managers (x2) – Data Centre Project | Sines, Portugal We are supporting aleading General Contractoron a majorData Centre development in Sinesand are looking to appointtwo experienced Site Managers, each responsible for key packages: Roofing & Cladding Structural SteelworkLocation:Sines, Portugal (full-time, site-based) Package:Competitive salary + full package (accommodation, car, lunch allowance)Role Overview You will take full ownership of your package on-site, ensuring works are deliveredsafely, on programme, and to specwithin a fast-paced, mission critical environment.Key Responsibilities Roofing & Cladding: Manage façade, roofing, and building envelope installation Coordinate subcontractors and ensure QA/QC compliance Interface with CSA, MEP, and logistics teams Oversee weatherproofing, insulation, and external systemsStructural Steelwork: Manage erection of structural steel frameworks Oversee lifting operations, sequencing, and installation Coordinate with civils and follow-on trades Ensure compliance with engineering tolerances and safety standardsRequirements (Both Roles) Proven experience as aSite Manager on large-scale construction projects Background inData Centres, industrial, or large-scale commercial builds Experience working for aGeneral Contractor / Tier 1–2 contractor Strong subcontractor management and site coordination skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Tech: MS Office (essential) Navisworks / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC / Forma) – desirableWhy Apply?
