We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and participate in ServiceNow implementation projects. This individual will be responsible for ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
* Configure existing ServiceNow modules to meet client needs, following best practices.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations.
* Support integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
* Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security across all implementations.
* Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to users and internal teams.
* Assist with audits and compliance requirements related to cybersecurity standards.
Key Qualifications:
* Proven experience in ServiceNow implementation projects (configuration, customization, and rollout).
* Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
* Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or Security Operations modules is highly valued.
* Familiarity with integrations and scripting.
* Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts and practices.
* Fluency in English language.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
