/lili Lead advanced account builds and restructures (naming conventions, campaign architecture, match type strategy, query mining, audience layering, exclusions, asset strategy, Conversions API#39;s, ETL#39;s etc.).
/lili Oversee train marketing team members on building and optimizing campaigns /lili Creating effective marketing copy to generate engagement /lili Know how to responsibly and effectively use AI to streamline deliverables, create reports, and enhance results.

/pp Requirements Responsibilities: /pulli Minimum 7 years of digital marketing experience /lili Proven hands-on expertise in PPC/paid search (Google Ads is essential; Microsoft Ads strongly preferred).
/lili Lead and mentor a team of paid media specialists/managers - improve performance through coaching, audits, training, and SOPs.
/lili Ensure clean, reliable measurements: conversion setup and QA, GA4 alignment, GTM, UTM governance, and performance diagnostics.
/lili Experience in at least 2 additional programmatic channels (e.g., Paid Social, YouTube, Display/Programmatic, Shopping/Feeds, etc.).
/lili Establish high standards for quality, speed, documentation, and accountability.
/lili Help build scalable processes that improve client outcomes and internal efficiency.
Translate business goals into measurable media plans, including channel mix, budget allocation, forecasting, and pacing.
/lili Drive continuous improvement through testing: ad copy/creative tests, landing page/CRO collaboration, audience experiments, bid strategy tests, and offer positioning.
/lili Proven expertise in creating effective marketing strategies and reports /lili Proven ability to lead teams and improve marketing performance /lili Effective time management skills.
