We invest in training and certifications that confirm your real progression, in promoting a healthy work-life balance, and in offering benefits that impact your personal life and career. #welcometoyourfuture What we're looking for: Responsibilities Develop and optimize high-quality SQL code, including stored procedures, functions, triggers, and complex queries in a SaaS environment; Lead and support critical data migration processes between different generations of applications and platforms; Perform advanced query tuning and schema refinement to ensure maximum performance, capacity, and scalability; Design and maintain ETL pipelines using tools such as SSIS to ensure seamless data acquisition and transformation; Collaborate with application developers to design new data models, structures, and products with security at the heart of everything; Ensure database integrity and resilience by implementing automated maintenance plans, backup routines, and disaster recovery strategies; Recommend architectural solutions for physical structures, functional capabilities, and database security; Produce comprehensive technical documentation and unit tests to guarantee code reliability and maintainability. Requirements 5+ years of solid experience in Database Development with a heavy focus on MS SQL Server (2016 or later) Mastery of T‐SQL and SSMS, with a "clean code" approach to database development Strong experience in ETL processing and working with tools like SSIS Proven track record in data migration projects within complex international environments Deep understanding of SQL Server internals, query execution plans, and performance optimization Exposure to AWS RDS is highly valued Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in high-priority projects Core Values #Affinity – Creating close and empathetic relationships with colleagues, clients and candidates (and not just with technologies, languages and platforms).
