Enhance continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices to optimize software delivery and deployment processes.
Develop and implement best practices for software development industrialization, ensuring increased efficiency and quality.
Identify opportunities for innovation and accessibility improvements through the application of AI technologies.
Collaborate closely with the manager of the inserted area to align industrialization projects with broader business objectives.
Build strong working relationships across multiple departments to drive project success and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Requirements:Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management with a strong focus on IT industrialization is a plus.
In-depth understanding of software development processes, CI/CD methodologies, Devops overview and quality assurance practices.
Familiarity with AI concepts and technologies is a plus but not a primary focus of the role.
Excellent, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage teams.
