We are recruiting a customer service professional to join an international team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support to clients by phone email chat and social media.
* Assist merchants with questions and inquiries about products and services.
* Optimize customer-related processes to increase customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams including Sales and Marketing.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in German language at C2 level.
* English language skills at B2 level or higher.
* Previous contact center or customer service experience is an advantage.
* Confident using technology such as smartphones tablets or computers.
* Strong communication skills patience and a customer-oriented mindset.
* Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure.
* Curious proactive and persistent in solving issues.
