ERP Systems Administrator Job Description
Job Title: ERP Administrator
Reports to: IT Manager
Department: IT
Job Objective
Manage and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system, ensuring it supports business processes. Ensure that the ERP efficiently supports operations with a focus on construction industry specifics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Configure and manage Microsoft Business Central.
* Create and manage users, security profiles, and permissions.
* Monitor system performance and ensure its availability and reliability.
* Ensure integration with other systems.
* Work closely with production, logistics, sales, procurement, and finance departments.
* Adapt the ERP to meet construction industry needs.
* Participate in defining process improvements supported by the ERP.
* Coordinate system updates, upgrades, and migrations.
* Manage development or adaptation projects.
* Provide 2nd line support to internal ERP users.
* Diagnose and resolve technical or functional issues.
* Prepare internal documentation and procedures.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, management, or similar fields.
* Proven experience in administering the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP (NAV is an advantage).
* Knowledge of SQL Server, Power BI, and integration tools.
* Analytical skills, organizational abilities, and a focus on continuous improvement.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
