Role: Especialista de Operação e Automação de Middleware
Location: Hybrid, Lisbon Portugal
Required skills:
* At least 3 years of professional experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware (WebLogic, SOA Suite, OHS, Forms & Reports, IDM, ODI or BI);
* Strong experience in middleware administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning;
* Solid knowledge of Ansible for operations automation;
* Hands-on experience with Kubernetes applied to middleware (WebLogic Operator is a plus);
* Knowledge of Docker and containerization concepts;
* Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, log management);
* Knowledge of Linux (Oracle Linux or RHEL);
* Good communication skills, autonomy, and a continuous improvement mindset.
