Principais responsabilidades
Daily Finance Operations:
Manage cash flow and ensure financial stability. Oversee treasury planning and daily cash flow management;
Bank Liaison:
Support commercial negotiations, pricing, and contract reviews related to bank accounts and fund depository services;
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, strategic financial planning and modelling to drive informed decision-making, for the company and its funds;
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and deliver financial reports to the regulatory authority and other relevant stakeholders;
Accounting Oversight:
Supervise external accounting providers and coordinate annual audits for both corporate and fund entities;
Stakeholder Coordination:
Manage relationships and ensure smooth communication with external entities such as banks, auditors, tax authorities, the regulatory authority, accounting service providers, and investors;
Compliance Monitoring:
Oversee prudential ratios and ensure full compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks;
Fund Setup Support:
Assist senior management in establishing new funds and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
Investment Support:
Financial due diligence to support investment decisions and strategy development.
Perfil desejado
3 to 5 years in a finance role, preferably within asset management, private equity, financial services or audit firms;
Strong accounting knowledge with a keen commercial mindset;
Proficiency in Portuguese and English is essential;
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, growing environment;
Self-starter with a proactive mindset, ready to take initiative and drive results;
Quick learner who can grasp complex financial concepts and apply them effectively;
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
