Job Description:
Your Mission: Ensure the conformity of production and drive continuous improvement across our operations.
* Guarantee the consistent application of standards and lead troubleshooting activities within your area of responsibility.
* Analyze and manage internal complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
* Conduct station, process, and environmental audits (5S), promoting operational excellence.
* Drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance and defining actionable milestones.
* Review and adapt production instructions based on customer return analysis to ensure relevance and accuracy.
* Escalate issues that may impact customer commitments, following established escalation procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* Over 3 years of experience in the industry, with a solid understanding of sector-specific challenges and dynamics.
* Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying ideas clearly and persuasively across different audiences.
* A calm and composed attitude under pressure, paired with a rigorous, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
* Intermediate English proficiency (minimum B1 level), both written and spoken.
