Our contribution lies in the development of innovative, biodegradable products that enhance the efficiency and profitability of solar assets at any scale.While fully complying with industry standards, we are committed to ensuring that all our products are biodegradable and environmentally friendly.Chemi Tek products are already present in more than 40 countries, and we are working to become the solar industry's standard for contaminant removal, soiling mitigation, and performance-boosting solutions.About the PositionWe are looking for aBusiness Developerto manage and grow our presence inFranceand theFrench Overseas Territories.Reporting to the European Sales Manager, this role will be responsible for proactively generating leads and converting them into sales opportunities within the solar industry.The selected candidate will work closely with internal teams and partners, supporting business development and sales activities while expanding Chemi Tek's footprint in the assigned markets.The position requiresmonthly travel to Franceto visit clients, distributors, and partners, as well as organization and participation in solar industry events.Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify, generate, and convert leads into sales opportunities in the above markets with focus on solar cleaning companies, O&M companies and C&I and Utility Scale Asset Managers.Research and analyze potential business partners and customers within the assigned marketsDevelop customer potential by identifying key and unmet needs and translating them into business and innovation opportunitiesMonitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunitiesProvide pre and post sale support and training to new clients and ongoing distributorsEnsure efficient communication and information exchange between internal teams and external partnersConduct regular international travel, particularly to France, to meet clients and attend events Skills & Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Management, Marketing or a related field2–4 years of experience in sales or business development, with a strong customer-oriented mindsetCapability to navigate and adapt the speech to different client profiles – from the O&M technicians to the Asset ManagersExperience managing international Key AccountsExperience in the solar industry is a strong plusMandatory: Native or fluent French (spoken and written)Mandatory: Fluent Portuguese (spoken and written)Good command of English is an advantageExcellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsSelf-driven, proactive, and resilient profileStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and CRM/ERP systems What We Offer
