POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Mid/Senior QA Analyst with experience testing voice platforms and telephony systems, who enjoys both functional validation and automation.

We are not looking for someone with deep SIP expertise, but rather a professional with solid general knowledge of telephony and hands-on experience automating tests for UCaaS and CCaaS environments.

This role combines quality analysis, test execution, and operational support, working closely with technical teams to ensure our voice solutions deliver high reliability, performance, and user experience.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated tests for voice services and telephony features.
* Use tools such as SIPp, SIPfront, or similar to validate call flows and simulate load/stress scenarios.
* Perform integration, regression, performance, and interoperability testing on voice platforms.
* Analyze logs and network traces to diagnose call and media issues.
* Collaborate with development and operations teams to reproduce, analyze, and resolve issues.
* Support in the configuration and validation of platforms in UCaaS and CCaaS environments.
* Create and maintain test documentation, plans, and reports.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and automation frameworks.


QUALIFICATIONS

Must have:

* Experience in testing voice platforms (UCaaS, CCaaS, or VoIP).
* General knowledge of telephony (SIP, RTP, codecs, inbound/outbound calls, IVR, etc.).
* Hands-on experience with voice testing and simulation tools (e.g., SIPp, SIPfront, PJSIP).
* Familiarity with log analysis and basic call troubleshooting.
* Understanding of QA methodologies and use of tools like JIRA and test case management systems.
* Ability to work with Linux systems at a basic level for analysis and test execution.

Nice to Have:

* Experience in configuring and operating voice platforms.
* Knowledge of Ansible for configuration automation.
* Experience with WebRTC.
* Understanding of integration protocols for contact centers (REST APIs, Webhooks, etc.).
