Job Overview:
As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial and operational management of client portfolios in Portugal. Your key objective will be to act as a liaison between clients and delivery teams, ensuring seamless project execution while identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Manage and grow strategic client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
* Develop and implement business development strategies to identify, qualify, and close new opportunities.
* Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned projects and teams, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
* Collaborate closely with HR and Talent Acquisition to align recruitment with client needs.
* Provide regular reporting and business forecasts to senior management.
* Represent our organization at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years' experience in business management, account management, or consulting, preferably in IT, nearshore, or outsourcing sectors.
* Proven ability to develop business and grow client accounts.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, with proficiency in Portuguese and/or other European languages an added advantage.
* Strong understanding of technology services and delivery models.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, structured approach, and hands-on attitude.
