We are looking for a Paid Traffic Manager to lead performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other advertising networks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for campaign strategy, execution, analysis, and optimization to maximize ROI and drive high-quality traffic to our online betting platforms.
Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and additional networks.Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance, reduce costs, and increase conversions.Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and competitors strategies.Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop engaging ad materials. Requirements: Native-level Portuguese and professional+ level English.Proven experience in performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic, etc.) - minimum 2 years of experiencePrevious experience in online betting brands (iGaming).Strong analytical skills and experience working with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking pixels.Experience with conversion tracking and attribution modeling.Knowledge of compliance and advertising restrictions in the online betting industry.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns.
