The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating allQA/QC activities on site, acting as the main focal point with clients, contractors and third parties, and ensuring full compliance with contractual, regulatory and quality requirements during project execution. Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and maintain theSite Quality Planfor all construction site activities, in coordination with the Project Quality Manager. Act as thesingle point of contact and accountable personfor all QA/QC project activities in front of clients, contractors and third parties. Lead and supervise theSite Quality Management Team, including Area QC Engineers, QA Engineers, Welding/NDE Engineers, Lead QC Inspectors, Discipline Inspectors and Certification Engineers. Participate in theselection and interview processof the site Quality Construction team. Ensure construction personnel are familiar withquality objectives and requirements, and develop and deliver quality induction and training programs. Review and approveSubcontractors' quality plans and procedures, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements. Perform and overseeQA/QC activitiesfor the assigned project and/or construction contract. Verify compliance withcontractual and quality requirementsduring construction, erection and installation activities. Ensure that all requiredquality documentation, QCPs, inspection and test recordsare available in line with the construction schedule. Interface daily with subcontractors and monitor theircompliance with quality requirements. Ensure properfiling and maintenance of quality recordswithin both Service Provider and Subcontractor organizations. Coordinate and liaise withthird-party inspection bodiesas required. Monitor the effectiveness of theSite Quality Management System (QMS)through planned audits and reviews. Identify, report and manageQA/QC deviations and non-conformities, defining recovery actions and following up until closure. Contribute to thetechnical evaluation of bidsrelated to Construction Scope of Work (SOW). Support the preparation ofSubcontractor and Inspection Agency performance evaluations. Manage and updateQA/QC deliverablesusing applicable IT tools (e.g. EasyPlant, GAIA). Analyze contractor data and monitorSite Quality KPIs. Ensure subcontractor completion records and documentation are properly developed to enable a smoothMechanical Completion and handover. Identify, investigate and reportmajor quality issues or failures. Coordinate with the Site Project Control Manager onweekly and monthly site progress reports. ReviewTest Packsand theFinal Quality Construction Dossier. Education Technical Diploma orBachelor's Degree in Engineering. Experience Minimum5 years of site-based experience, preferably in industrial construction projects. Technical Skills Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems and Site Quality Management. Experience in construction quality control and contractor supervision. Familiarity with audits, KPIs and quality documentation management. Software Microsoft Office. Languages Spanish: fluent.
