Key Responsibilities:
* Support the customer success team in installing, configuring, and customizing products for clients.
* Diagnose, investigate, and resolve technical issues, including message flows and Java-based components.
* Assist with environment setup and tuning, including property files and client-specific configurations.
* Monitor and support production systems, ensuring stability, performance, and fast incident resolution.
* Act as a technical consultant for customers, ensuring a world-class onboarding and support experience.
Required Skills:
* Strong experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and configuring systems built on Java (even without active development).
* Solid knowledge of technologies such as RabbitMQ, Zookeeper, Cassandra, Docker, or Ansible.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities, especially in complex, high-performance production environments.
* Strong communication skills in English and ability to interact directly with international clients and teams.
* Technical background with understanding of the software lifecycle and the ability to act as a technical consultant.
